NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR ORDER?
Yikes! The last thing we want is for you to be unhappy with your K9 of Mine Shop order.
If you are not happy with your purchase or it seems to be different than what you expected, please contact us via our contact page. Our customer service team will review your request and send out further instructions to make sure you have the best experience with your K9 of Mine Shop order.
We have a 14-day return policy for most products, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This does NOT include customized products, which cannot be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To review your request and proceed with the resolution quickly and effectively, please include a photograph of the item that you received, your order number, and let us know why you are not happy with your order.
Note: Our policy may last 14 days from the arrival date. If 14 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you any refund or replacement.
DIDN'T RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT?
If your delivery is delayed more than expected, you can request a refund or a new replacement for that order.
Simply fill out our contact form with your order information and we'll do our best to help you out.
Note:
- Your request must be submitted to our team within 2 months since you placed the order. After that time, the tracking information might be expired so it will be impossible for us to assist you.
- If you choose to go with a refund, payment will be restored to your account in 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
IS YOUR PRODUCT DAMAGED?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
